Case Study #1:
Organizational & Financial Restructuring: Crisis Management,
Turnaround, Merger and Acqusition Services – Hospitality Association:
Averted looming bankruptcy & created long-term sustainability through association-wide organizational restructuring for this Toronto-based tourism operator post 911 and SARS. Increased the “profitability” and the viability of this organization through turnaround and crisis management services.
The regional association was divided into two entities – one was merged with an internal operator, and the other entity was successfully acquired by a neighbouring association.

A grant proposal written by ReStructure for a Toronto-based AIDS Service Organization was awarded $500,000 by the MAC AIDS Fund Special Grant Program – 2006, and ranked in the top two of all submissions received internationally!
ReStructure strategically positioned the proposal by facilitating a potential partnership between the organization, MAC, and a well-known media stakeholder, thereby increasing the likelihood of the success of this proposal.

Departmental Restructure Leads to Increased Efficiency and Complete Renovation of the Main Living Space- $5,000 Investment is Leveraged over 2000% by ReStructure- Hostel/Social Services
Leveraged a $5,000 investment by the organization by over 2000% to create a renovation of this homeless shelter, the value of which is estimated at over $110,000. Additional funding, discounts and in-kind donations were facilitated by ReStructure from The Designer Guys television program (HGTV) and the City of Toronto.
Restructured the facility department by redrafting job descriptions and work plans, and through the development and implementation of departmental policy and procedures.
