CONSULTANTS PLEASE NOTE: Please note that this workshop is only open to non-profit leaders at this point. Registration will open to consultants and practitioners on April 13 if spots are available at that time. The registration fee for consultants and practitioners is $300.00 plus GST.
Workshop Details:
This workshop is designed for Executive Directors, Senior Program and Finance Managers and Board Members to learn how to develop a restructuring plan by using frameworks and practical tools that will help you to:
- Assess their level of recession risk preparedness
- Assess the impact of the recession on the organization
- Assess the organization’s operations, programs and services
- Make strategic decisions about programs and services
- Understand the true allocation of direct & indirect costs of programs
- Determine if programs are ‘resilient’ to funding changes caused by the recession
- Develop various restructuring scenario and contingency plans
- Implement strategic and financial restructuring
- Learn about cost-containment tips to streamline expenses
- Develop a draft strategic and financial restructuring plan
